We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and offer a refund process under certain specific conditions, detailed below for each available purchase method:

  • Web Panel balance: Refunds are available only for those PavosGo that have not been used by the user and remain as an account balance, provided that the purchase of such PavosGo has been made within the last 30 days. It is our priority to ensure that users can reconsider their recent purchases, provided that the purchased virtual credits have not been used.
  • Cosmetics orders from the Website: Refunds are allowed for products that have not been shipped to the customer's account. We understand that changes of opinion or errors may arise prior to final delivery of the product; in such cases, the customer has the option to request a refund. However, once the item has been shipped and received in the customer's account, it will no longer be possible to process a refund, as the product is considered delivered and in use. In most cases, orders are instantly delivered after payment.
  • WhatsApp orders: For purchases made via WhatsApp, the possibility of refund ceases at the moment the customer confirms the purchase by selecting 'accept'. This action indicates a firm purchase commitment on the part of the customer. However, if an error arises during the product redemption process, the possibility of a refund will be evaluated. It is important to highlight that once the product has been correctly delivered to the account specified by the user, the option to request a refund is eliminated.

PavosGo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the refund request, including review of previous transactions and communications.
